Commercial Payment Terms
- First-time & spot purchases: 100% advance against Proforma Invoice.
- Approved enterprise accounts: 45 days credit against valid PO (subject to vendor registration & credit appraisal).
- Statutory compliance: GSTIN & E-Way Bill generated for all dispatches.
Logistics & Delivery Terms
- Ex-Works / FOB Pune: standard dispatch from our central facilities.
- Local Pune site delivery via company vehicles to Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari, Ranjangaon, Hinjewadi & Hadapsar.
- Domestic freight through TCI Express, Safechem, Blue Dart, V-Trans — billed at actuals or 'to-pay'.
Inspection & Discrepancy Protocol
- Batch inspection at Pune central hub prior to dispatch.
- Original MTC and calibration certificates compiled with every consignment.
- Transit damage or quantity mismatch: notify within 48–72 hours with photos & challan remarks for immediate RMA replacement.
Brand Warranty Pass-Through
Back-to-back brand warranty passes directly to the buyer for metrology equipment, power tools, electric chain hoists, and electronic switchgear. Warranty service and RMA claims are fully coordinated by our engineering desk.
