Shipping & Logistics Policy
1. Delivery Terms & Incoterms
- Ex-Works / FOB Pune: standard dispatch from our central Pune warehouse facilities.
- Local Pune Direct Delivery: dedicated site dispatch via company vehicles to Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari, Ranjangaon, Hinjewadi, and Hadapsar industrial belts.
- Pan-India same-day dispatch: orders confirmed before the daily cut-off leave our Pune warehouse the same day for plants in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
2. Domestic Freight Network
Inter-state consignments are dispatched via logistics partners: TCI Express, Safechem, Blue Dart, and V-Trans. Freight charges can be billed at actuals on the tax invoice or booked on a 'Freight-to-Pay' basis as per client preference.
Approximate road-freight transit after dispatch: Mumbai, Nashik and Taloja 1 day; Gujarat and Bengaluru 2-3 days; Chennai, Hosur and Kanchipuram 3-4 days; Rajasthan 3-5 days; Delhi, Haryana, Kerala and Uttar Pradesh 4-6 days; Bihar 5-7 days. 3. Statutory Shipping Documentation
Every commercial consignment is accompanied by:
- Barcoded GST Tax Invoice complying with E-Invoicing requirements
- Valid E-Way Bill (for consignments exceeding statutory thresholds)
- Delivery Challan & Packing List
- Material Test Certificates (MTC) and Calibration Records
4. Consignment Tracking
Lorry Receipt (LR) numbers and tracking links are emailed to the buyer's procurement team immediately upon vehicle departure from our warehouse.
